Edward Jones Growth Marketing is accountable for effectively and seamlessly guiding prospects and clients into starting, building, and maintaining deep, personal relationships with financial advisors. You will develop strategies to reach target audiences and then develops the go-to-market plan to activate personalized experiences across the full funnel client and prospect journey, including activating through our 20,000+ Financial Advisors and their branch teams.
Our Senior Channel Managers are responsible for leading strategy and activation of Edward Jones’ most impactful marketing channels and touchpoints that drive prospects to connect with and clients to deeply engage with their financial advisors.
What you’ll do…
We currently have multiple Senior Marketing Channel Manager positions available, focused on the following areas…
Workplace
In this role, you’ll be directly focused on the omni-channel needs of our emerging Workplace business segment. focusing on channels needed to acquire and serve both the business owners and plan participants including, but not limited to paid, owned and direct channels, search and social at the national, regional and local levels.
Owned Digital Channels Advancement
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the evolution and advancement of our owned digital channels. These channels, that include email and our public websites, are critical communication vehicles for millions of clients and prospects who engage with Edward Jones. The role requires a unique blend of channel expertise, technical acumen, foresight into channel trends, and executional abilities to deliver personalized, omni-channel experiences.
Marketing Hub Lead
In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading the day-to-day experience and future vision of a key marketing channel that our over 15,000 branch teams use daily, the Marketing Hub. The role requires a unique blend of through-channel marketing expertise, technical acumen, foresight into channel trends, and executional abilities to deliver personalized, data-driven omni-channel experiences for our many unique branch teams. A key part of this role is the ability to deeply understand financial advisor and branch team needs and use that information to drive innovation, enhancements and advocate for their needs with other key stakeholders.
Owned Digital Channel (Core Prospect Segment)
This Senior Channel Manager role will focus on the omni-channel needs of our US Core Prospect Business Segment with a particular focus on personalized experiences on our public website, edwardjones.com. This role will measure and analyze data to test and optimize omni-channel strategies aligned with Core Prospect business objectives.
Paid Media Activation
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the activation and optimization of omnichannel paid media strategies and channels to drive acquisition and engagement among core prospects. This role requires a deep understanding of both creative and channel best practices, media performance, audience segmentation and personalization strategies.
